Shipping & Returns

As we are still a very small (tiny) business, we usually process orders once a week. Please allow 5 business days for us to pack and post your order.

Domestic (Australian) orders

Click & collect

We do not offer click and collect for online orders at this time.

Returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for used or damaged products.

Refunds for orders paid with your bank account or debit card may take up to 5 business days to process. If you paid with your credit card, refunds may take up to 3 months to process, depending on your card issuer.

You will be responsible for costs (including additional shipping costs) associated with any returns and exchanges.

For orders over $150, use code FREESHIP150 to receive free standard shipping within Australia.

International orders

We ship to most countries via Australia Post, but will contact you to arrange a full refund if we cannot ship to your country.

Please be aware of any additional duties, taxes and/or charges which you may be required to pay for international orders.
